Inspired by an idea originally by my colleague A.G., I have come up with a compilation of love poems read by well-known actors. They are aimed at illustrating the rhythm and intonation of English. You can find it here:

The list of poets includes William Shakespeare, some of the English romantic poets (William Wordsworth, Percy Bysshe Shelley, John Keats and Lord Byron), Edgar Allan Poe, Mark Twain, Christina Rosetti and Hollie McNish. Their poems are read by actors such as Emma Thompson, Tom Hiddleston, Helena Bonham-Carter, Alec Guinness, James Earl-Jones, Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench, among others.
